Shipping and Order Information

Processing Time

All Doggone Artsy products are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or busy market seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size, destination, and available shipping service.

Shipping rates are based on your order total:

Orders $0.00–$9.99: $2.99 shipping
Orders $10.00–$74.99: $5.99 shipping
Orders $75.00 and over: FREE shipping

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Doggone Artsy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

Packaging materials
Shipping label

Handmade Products

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and appearance may occur. These small differences make each item unique and are part of the charm of handcrafted products.

Coaster Care Instructions

To keep your handmade punch needle coaster looking its best:

Dampen a soft cloth with water and add a small drop of mild dish soap, shampoo, or wool wash.
Gently dab the surface to remove dirt or stains. Avoid scrubbing, as this may damage the fibers.
Wipe away any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth.
Allow the coaster to air dry completely before using it again.

Please Note:

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Do not soak the coaster.
Handle gently to help preserve its handmade quality.

Bandana Care Instructions

Hand Washing — Our Favorite Method

For the longest-lasting results, we recommend hand washing.

Fill a sink or basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent.
Gently swish the water to mix.
Place the bandana in the water and gently move it around. Avoid scrubbing, twisting, or wringing.
Let it soak for a few minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all detergent is removed.
Gently press out excess water between two clean, dry towels.
Reshape the bandana while damp and lay flat to air dry. Avoid hanging while wet, as this may stretch the fabric.
Once completely dry, iron the fabric on low to medium heat if needed.

For Scrunch & Wag Bandanas: Avoid ironing the scrunchie band. Heat can damage the elastic inside.

Machine Washing — For Busy Pup Parents

Short on time? Your bandana can also be machine washed.

Place the bandana in a mesh laundry bag to help protect it from snagging.
Machine wash in cold water on the gentle or delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colors.
Remove promptly when the cycle is finished.
Gently press out excess water between two clean, dry towels.
Reshape while damp and lay flat to air dry.
Once completely dry, iron the fabric on low to medium heat if needed.

For Scrunch & Wag Bandanas: Do not iron the scrunchie band.

A Little Extra TLC

No bleach or harsh chemicals — they can damage the fabric and fade those fun colors.
Keep bandanas away from zippers, hooks, Velcro, or other items that could snag the fabric.
Skip the dryer. High heat may cause shrinking or affect the bandana’s shape.
Always make sure the bandana is completely dry before your pup wears it again.

Fleece Tug Toy Care Instructions

To keep your handmade fleece tug toy looking its best:

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
For extra protection, place the toy in a mesh laundry bag before washing.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Air dry completely before giving the toy back to your pup.
Do not tumble dry.

Please Note:
Regularly inspect the toy for signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if the toy becomes torn or damaged. This toy is intended for interactive play and is not designed as a chew toy.

Fleece Snuffle Mat Care Instructions

To keep your handmade snuffle mat fresh and ready for more sniffing fun:

Shake out any loose treats, crumbs, or debris before washing.
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Air dry completely before using or storing.
Do not tumble dry.

Please Note:
Regularly inspect the snuffle mat for signs of wear or damage. Always supervise your dog while using the mat and discontinue use if it becomes damaged.
